The short version: Hunter Index has built the first public — and free — database that tracks Donald Trump’s personal finances across five federal financial disclosure filings, from his 2016 campaign through the 2025 annual form. 11,868 asset records. Every one traced directly to a source document.
The Roll Call piece tells you what that data reveals — a portfolio that has undergone a fundamental transformation over a decade. Golf clubs and hotel licensing fees gave way to crypto token sales, Saudi licensing payments, and more than 3,600 individual securities trades in the first quarter of 2026 alone. World Liberty Financial reported $57.4 million in token sales. A Saudi licensing entity that didn’t exist in any prior filing disclosed $15.9 million in income. Foreign licensing income hit a five-year record — $35.1 million annualized — driven by new deals in Saudi Arabia, Dubai and Vietnam.
None of that was visible from any single filing. That’s the point.
The database is open and public. You can search it, filter by year, browse by asset type, and track individual assets across filing years.
This is the first release. More filings are coming. More stories are coming. And we’re actively looking for collaborators — data journalists, researchers, and accountability-minded people who want to dig into this data with us. If that’s you, contact us.

Why Does It Matter?
Please be informed of your politicians’ personal finances.
That’s our goal at the Hunter Index. We believe it is important for constituents to understand how their government officials’ personal finances may affect their policy-making decisions, as well as being aware of the potential income and wealth gap between many politicians and their constituents.
Remember our favorite questions: Would you make a decision that costs your family money for the public good? Isn’t that what we ask of our government officials?
Managing Hunter Index and its exclusive database, which makes reporting like this article possible, requires significant time and resources to maintain.
